Conservation Education Camp Counselor
The Summer NYSDEC S. E.E. C. Intern is responsible for assisting camp staff with environmental education and recreational instructional/program as well as supervisory needs at one of the NYSDEC's 4 summer camps (http://www.dec.ny.gov/education/29.html). This includes, but not limited to, organizing and assisting with the preparation of schedules, program equipment/supplies, Environmental Education course instructions, supervising meal time, cabin time and brief periods during the evenings, preparing camp before and after sessions, assisting with overnight camping activities, minor office/clerical work, administrative camp functions, peer development, group organization and planning, and local health regulations. The Bureau of Consumer Frauds and Protection prosecutes businesses and individuals engaged in fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or illegal trade practices.  In addition to litigating, the Bureau mediates thousands of complaints each year from individual consumers and educates the public on how to identify scams and be a savvy consumer. Health Director – Summer Environmental Education Camps
The Health Director is responsible for the health and well being of both staff and campers on a 24-hour basis. The Health Director assures that Health Department requirements are reviewed and complied with; camp infirmary meets requirements; facilities are prepared; lessons, work plans and special programs are developed; and staff training is carried out. During the camp season, the Health Director oversees the camp program which services 50-60 new campers each week for a total of more than 420 campers for the summer.

AIDS Care- Rochester, NY

Supportive Services Manager

This includes typing, filing, copying, faxing, making travel arrangements, coordinating division meetings and distributing mail. He/She will maintain divisional and capital cost accounts. This involves the issuing of purchase orders using SBS, maintaining an updated record of entries into each account. He/She will prepare time sheets and bi-weekly payroll for the Technology & Operations and Radio Divisions for submission to the payroll accountant. Other administrative duties will be included.
