Management Development Program - ON-CAMPUS INTERVIEWS
Originally founded in 1983, the MDP is the entry point for undergraduates to the Bank. Each MDP will be placed within a specific department within the Bank, but will also undergo a one-year, aggressive training program focused on leadership development. During training, MDPs will learn financial, project management, and communication skills. MDPs are expected to apply the acquired knowledge and skills on-the-job as they work within their departments. Additionally, new MDPs have access to the MDP alumni network within the Bank, as well as numerous opportunities for direct interaction with Senior Management. In this position, you will be responsible for two work streams: company website development and primary market research management. The first work stream will be completed in a stepwise fashion. The first step is the development, understanding, and summary of electricity markets. The second is the synthesis of this understanding in a way that is valuable to our customers. The third step of the process will be designing and programming a website which displays this information in a usable fashion. Although this process is laid out in series, it is highly iterative. The second work stream is the management of primary market research.
