Spring '13 FFT Career Conversations with Alumni

What is Food For Thought and Why Should I Come?

  • Insight into a career field, organization or a specific job
  • Reinforced assessment of your interests and needs
  • Awareness of available internship and job opportunities
  • Greater confidence in job and internship interview situations
  • Industry contacts
  • Free snacks
The Gwen M. Greene Career and Internship Center is committed to providing students opportunities to network with UR alumni through the Food for Thought series.  Whether the alum is coming to campus or doing a Skype session they serve as an excellent resource to increase your exposure to career options, awareness of strategies for entering fields of interest and a way to build your professional network.

So show up, sit back, have a snack, and listen to an alum describe his or her career path and what it's like to work in that field today.
