Pathstone – Rochester, NY
PathStone is a not-for-profit community development and human service organization providing services to low-income families and economically depressed communities throughout New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, Indiana, Virginia, Vermont, and Puerto Rico.
Public Health Educator
To carry out education and service activities of the Women’s Prison Initiative Project (W/PI), including outreach, facilitation of inmate HIV/AIDS Peer Education, support groups, confidential HIV counseling and testing, special activities and other services. To design, implement and revise as necessary, trainings for inmate Peer Educators, facility staff and other individuals.

NMH Upward Bound  - Gill, MA
The Upward Bound Program at NMH is a federally funded (Department of Education) initiative designed to provide low-income students with the skills and motivation they need to succeed in high school and college.
College Preparation Assistant
The Commonwealth Corps College Preparation Assistants will provide tutoring, college and career awareness workshops,test preparation activities, individualized assistance with college and financial aid applications, college and cultural trips. The assistants will partner closely with experienced Upward Bound academic advisors to ensure that low income youth are preparing adequately for college. The position involves outreach to 5 high schools in Western Massachusetts. Driver’s license, safe driving record, reliable vehicle, college degree and several areas of academic strengths required.

Technology Support Technician
Provide technology support for faculty, staff, and students primarily at The College at Brockport MetroCenter located in downtown Rochester. Will support instructional and administrative hardware, software, and equipment. Will also provide technical assistance at events and occasional technology support at The College at Brockport main campus. Position requires schedule flexibility, as there will be occasional evening and weekend coverage.
