OPERATIONS ROTATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - Analyst
The (ORDP) is a rotational leadership development program that hires top talent with a bachelors or masters in Biochemical, Biomedical, and Chemical Engineering; Chemistry; Biology; Operations; Supply Chain Management; Business or related disciplines. ORDP Analysts gain a broad perspective on the core PT functions that are critical to the manufacturing of Genentech/Roche products. Rotations may include Biologics Manufacturing/Support, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence/Strategy, Global Engineering, Product Development, and Global Pharma Procurement.

PROCESS DEVELOPMENT ROTATION PROGRAM
PDRP associates will experience four six-month assignments over the course of two years in different areas within the US Biologics Technical Development organization. These areas include:
* Cell Culture and Fermentation Development
* Purification Development
* Analytical Development& Quality Control
* Pharmaceutical Development
* Device Development
* Pilot Plant Operation
* Process Development Engineering
This program provides abroad perspective and appreciation of the development of new processes, methods and technologies at different production scales in the biotechnology industry.
