Community Darkroom was established in 1977 so that people of all ages who were interested in photography could take modestly priced classes, have access to facilities to create their own images, and meet each other to share their work in a supportive setting. We continue that mission today.
Adult Program Director
We are looking for someone who understands and is interested in what we do here as a not-for-profit arts center. This is not a position where you will be making or teaching art in the traditional sense. This is an administrative position. We need someone who has a passion for facilitating arts education and a belief in its importance in everyone’s lives. Good organizational skills, leadership qualities and problem solving skills are a must. Photography experience is necessary--digital, film/darkroom or both.
