About the Speakers
Foreman has served as Managing Director of the North America region of
Towers Watson since January 1, 2010, and as Managing Director of the
Americas region since April
1, 2011. Prior to the Merger, Mr. Foreman served as Managing Director
of the Human Capital Group of Towers Perrin beginning June 2007, with
overall responsibility for the global lines of business and geographic
operations of Towers Perrin's Human Capital Group.
Saulo is an associate with Towers Watson's Health and Group Benefits
practice in New York. She is currently part of teams consulting to
Fortune 500 clients and has
worked on projects including plan and financial management, medical and
plan financial underwriting, administrative support and Rx financial
modeling for both active and retiree populations.
Mitchell is a senior consulting actuary in the Stamford consulting
office of Towers Watson with particular expertise in actuarial and
retirement plan consulting. He serves
as the lead retirement consultant for two of the company’s Fortune 100
clients. He also serves as one of the Retirement Practice Leaders for
the metro-New York offices. Jay has more than 20 years of experience in
retirement plan consulting.
Alessandro Santoni is Director of Towers Watson’s
Property/Casualty practice in New York. He started out with the company
in London in
1997 working with its international team. In 2000 he
returned to Italy to continue his work in Rome. In 2007 he became a
partner, and in 2010 he became the EMEA initiative leader for reserving.
In May 2012, he moved to New York to lead the PC
