David represents a wide variety of clients in sophisticated commercial real estate, business consulting and lending transactions. Prior to starting his own firm, David was a partner at Grobart, Flores & Mihevc, LLC, was an associate at Lowis & Gellen LLP and Grobart & Levick, and prior to that, at the Chicago office of McGuire Woods, LLP (formerly Ross & Hardies). David represents a diverse client set, including health care organizations, individuals, and public and privately held companies, in commercial real estate matters, lending transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business organization.

David’s experience includes commercial real estate purchase and sales, commercial real estate leasing, representation of private companies in mergers and acquisitions, and representation of banks and borrowers in complex loan transactions, probate, wills and trusts and domestic relations. David has lectured to attorneys, bankers and business professionals, for Lorman Educational Services, in the field of commercial lending. David received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago, received his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and his MBA from the university of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business. David is also fluent in Italian.
