Continuum of Care Coordinator
The Coordinator provides administrative support for the CoC Administrative Board that represents the region to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Such support includes: coordination of the annual review and application process for the HUD Super NOFA (Notice of Funding Availability); assistance with Emergency Solutions Grant processes; monitoring of HUD funded projects and provision of technical assistance to community agencies that offer services to individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless; oversight of Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) operations; more as needed.
