Friday, March 7th 

Coordinated Care Services, Inc. – Rochester, NY
Coordinated Care Services, Inc. (CCSI) is a non-profit management services organization, founded in 1984, dedicated to the development of high quality, integrated, outcome-oriented, culturally competent, cost-effective behavioral health and developmental disability services. We are located in Rochester, New York.  As the contract manager for the Monroe County Office of Mental Health, CCSI provides a range of management services including administration of State aid and County funding to community based service providers, program evaluation and oversight, implementation of service plans, and information support services.
Continuum of Care Coordinator
The Coordinator provides administrative support for the CoC Administrative Board that represents the region to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Such support includes: coordination of the annual review and application process for the HUD Super NOFA (Notice of Funding Availability); assistance with Emergency Solutions Grant processes; monitoring of HUD funded projects and provision of technical assistance to community agencies that offer services to individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless; oversight of Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) operations; more as needed.

Budget Specialist
Working with a network of some of the country's best universities, liberal arts colleges and schools of public administration, the Budget Division hires outstanding graduates to join our ranks as Budget Specialists. From day one, Budget Specialists are teamed with the Division's cadre of career Budget Examiners in developing, negotiating, and implementing the annual Executive Budget. Budget Specialists: analyze State agency fiscal operations; develop budgetary and policy recommendations; evaluate proposed legislation; negotiate with legislative staff; monitor revenues and expenditures; and manage Federal, state and local relations.

Administrative Assistant
Under the supervision of the Director of Administration, the Administrative Assistant - Marketing/Media/Programs is responsible for marketing, communications and program administrative support for the Bay View Family YMCA.
