Meet Your Peer Career Advisers: Kedar Shashidhar

The Gwen M. Greene Career and Internship Center is open to all students from 10 to 4:30 daily. Walk in for help getting started in career & major exploration and your career & internship search. In addition to Professional Resource Counselors, there are Peer Career Advisers (PCAs) in the library to assist with a variety of career- or internship-related needs. The PCAs are one of the many resources available to you. All PCAs, who are students just like you, have been trained for a full semester by Career Center Staff and are eager to help you succeed.

About: As a strategic, multidisciplinary audio and music engineer, with an ear for innovation and sonic perfection, Kedar has worked on a variety of projects ranging from video games and software to music and audio hardware. His greatest expertise revolves in the worlds of interactive sound design for media. His wish is to apply his knowledge and experience in new innovative projects across all disciplines. He also loves coffee.

Peer Career Advisers are here to help you get started on resumes, cover letters, and your initial search for internships and employment opportunities. Although they can provide you with immediate and brief advice on a variety of career-related issues, you are highly encouraged to make an appointment with a Career Counselor to discuss strategies to develop and achieve your career plans in detail.
