Henretta leads P&G’s worldwide beauty business with a portfolio of more than 50 iconic brands sold in more than 150 countries, including Olay, Cover Girl, Old Spice, Secret, Head & Shoulders and Pantene. Possessing a deep passion for brand building, she has also demonstrated a consistent track record for sustainable business results. Prior to her current position, she was the company’sPresident of P&G's Asian Markets and, under her leadership, this business doubled in size between 2005 and 2010.
She is consistently recognized as an influential business leader, including seven consecutive years on Fortune magazine’s US and international rankings of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Business. In addition, Henretta is an effective voice in global business, serving as the first female chair of the US State Department’s 21-economy Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Business Advisory Council.
